What section
to use to make the roller-blind coat (AW 37 or AW
40)?
-
Section in
perforated version - yes or no?

What case to
use?
-
What colour
is the roller blind to be?

What way of
fixing to use?

Which of the
suggested way of fixing to apply?
-
On which side
of the roller blind, looking from the room inside, is the drive to be
mounted?

What
protection from opening the roller blind by an unauthorised person to use?
WISNIOWSKI
roller blinds are made on individual request; their maximum dimensions
depend on section used. Maximum dimensions of window roller blinds made of
AW37 and AW40 sections are shown in the following table. Roller blinds with
larger dimensions may be made only upon the prior agreement with WISNIOWSKI
company.

selection and execution.

Write the
opening width "SO"and opening
height "HO" on the order form.
Depending on
requirements it is possible to use two kinds of sections AW37 and AW40. Both
kinds of sections may be made in version with perforation or without
perforation. However, sections with perforation cannot be used to build
roller blinds driven with a spring.

Roller blind
outer dimensions depend on the way of fixing.
-
For a roller
blind fixed to the window frame, the roller blind dimension is the
dimension of the window opening
-
For roller
blinds fixed to the wall, the roller blind dimension is to be determined
in such a way:

Write the case
size acc. to the above tables on the order form in the column
"case". If you do not indicate, a case with
optimum dimensions for the given roller blind height will be chosen.
It is
available to mount several roller blinds with independent drive in one case
(ex. for a balcony door, the exemplary drawing following). In this case the
order should be agreed individually with WISNIOWSKI company.

Aluminum
sections AW37 and AW40 are made in standard colours: RAL 9010 (white) or RAL
8019 (dark brown). Cases are made in standard colours: RAL 9010 (white) or
RAL 8019 (dark brown).
As a standard
the case and guides are made in the colour of the roller blind coat.
Optionally, on
request after a prior agreement with the company, both the case and the
guides may be painted in any colour of the RAL palette.
Give the roller
blind colour in the order. As a standard all sub-assemblies for a given
roller blind are made in the same colour
Depending on
client's requirements and mounting conditions, we offer five ways of roller
blinds type WISNIOWSKI fixing:
-
Left-handed
roller blind fixed to the wall (LS)
-
Left-handed
roller blind fixed to the frame (LO)
-
Left-handed
roller blind fixed in the blindhead (LN)
-
Right-handed
roller blind fixed to the frame (PO)
-
Right-handed
roller blind fixed under the blindhead (PPN)
Fixing the
roller blind under the blindhead (PPN) or in
the blindhead (LN) is recommended in the
case of new buildings and should be anticipated in the design. In the case
of roller blinds fixed under the blindhead, the opening height should be
enlarged for the case size because the case will be fixed between the
blindhead and the window. Otherwise, the opening clearance will be smaller
by the size of case. Whereas in order to fix the roller blind in the
blindhead, you must have a recess made with the dimensions equal at least to
the size of the case plus the heat insulation thickness; this way of fixing
ensures window better insulating power and their tightness, thus limiting
heat losses in the rooms. An additional advantage is an invisible case
hidden in the blidhead. The case of a roller blind fixed in this way must by
provided with heat insulation by the clients in their own capacity. When
ordering a roller blind fixed under the blindhead or in the blindhead, it is
recommended to get in touch with WISNIOWSKI company in advance.

Indicate
the chosen way on the order form in the column
"fixing way".
Depending on
client's requirements WISNIOWSKI company proposes the following ways of
roller blind driving:
·
drive using a belt through the reel (WISNIOWSKI Rt-37 or Rt-40 roller
blinds), mounted on the winding shaft. The belt may be driven manually
(T) - up to max. 10 [kg] weight of roller
blind body, or using a crank mounted on the belt winder
(TK) up to 19 [kg] weight of roller blind
body. The spring fitted in the belt winder ensures its constant tension.

·
drive using a motor operator tubular type (E),
which being in the invisible way mounted in the winding tube ensures quiet
and noiseless roller blind operation (roller blinds type WISNIOWSKI Re-37 or
Re-40). As a standard together with the motor operator the client gets a
pulse wall switch. Additionally in our offer there are switches for keys:
surface switches and sunk switches. If you wish to order a key switch, put
down the appropriate note in the column "notes".
It is also available to use a motor operator with the roller blind emergency
opening using hand-crank. If you wish to order this type of motor operator,
write (EK) on the order form in the column
"way of driving". Individual requirements concerning the electric control
have to be always agreed upon with WISNIOWSKI company. On request roller
blinds electrically controlled made by WISNIOWSKI company may be joined into
sub-groups, groups or controlled centrally (for this purpose we use as a
standard ES-4 PIK control). Roller blinds equipped with ES-4 PIK may be
optionally equipped with ES-5 radio control. To order a proper control we
recommend to get in touch with WISNIOWSKI company.

-
Drive
using a coil spring (S) fixed in the winding shaft (roller blinds type
WISNIOWSKI Rs-37 or Rs-40). In roller blinds
driven with the spring, AW sections in performed version are not used.
Roller blinds are closed manually by applying vertical force to the end
stops, while roller blind opening is by releasing the interlocking in the
form of a lock or a latch. There are end stops fixed to the end bar to
protect the cloth from its full winding into the case. Roller blind
interlocking when it is closed is achieved by a lock with a key or a
latch, mounted alternatively in the end section. This way of driving may
be applied to roller blinds with the weight of body 10
¸
24 [kg].

- Drive
using a hand-crank (K) through the reduction gear in ratio 1:8, mounted on
the winding shaft (roller blinds type WISNIOWSKI Rk-37 or Rk-40). This way
of driving may be applied to roller blinds with the weight of body not
exceeding 35 [kg].

Write
symbol indicating the chosen drive according to the marking given above on
the order form in the column "way of driving".
In the order
indicate on which side of the roller blind ("P"
right, "L" left) looking from the inside of
the room is the drive to be mounted (belt winder, crank; electric drive
unit). In the case of the electric drive indicate on which side the supply
source is (the drive will be mounted on the same side).
On request
roller blinds may be provided with devices protecting from lifting the coat
from outside by unauthorised people. Interlocks may be mounted in roller
blinds driven with the electric motor operator (if you wish to order them,
write "B" in the column "Safe-guard").
In the
remaining roller blinds there may be a key lock mounted
"Z" or a latch "S"
(in roller blinds driven with a coil spring it is necessary to use one of
the above mentioned safe-guards). Write "Z"
or "S" appropriately in the order in the
column "safe-guard".
