Has in the offer fence system hot dip galvanisd ( fence posts) of sections
or steel bars or with hammered metalwork and forged elements.
Setting is
presented in table: Types of segments, gates wickets paling" on page 4K
- 8 K.
ATTENTION: According to the Decree of Minister of Economy and Building dated
on 12 December 1994 in range of technical conditions that building and their
placing should comply with (Part 9 paragraph 43.I) placing on the height
lower than 1800 mm barbed wire, smashed glass and other sharply ended
objects is prohibited. In connection with this statement we do inform that
gates, wickets and segments with height below 1800 [mm] wit filling sharply
ended are destined to be built in fence systems which total height (after
gate mounting, segment, wicket) cannot be lower than
1800 [mm].
ATTENTION:
Fence segments with catalogue numbers from AW 10.05 and AW 10.09 are
executed in straight shape of the top edge. (or if in the position NOTES on
the ordering form is given otherwise)

Fence segments
are fastened to posts with bolts. As a standard posts have welded grips on
client's request grips may be ready to be screwed down. Screwed down
grips may also be used with concrete posts or stone posts etc. Island
station roofs are as a standard directed as on the fig. 1 and 2 but on
request they may be welded onto the opposite side.
ATTENTION
! We
produce also corner and end posts. If You wish to buy them please give the
information in Notes.
When ordering
large quantities of fence segments and posts for one fence system please
give the draft of the fence system in notes using top view (example on the
drawing given below). Please indicate the quantity and placing of the posts.
It will help to determine the quantity of the corner, middle, end posts.
If You wish to
order segments from the table, it is required to give the dimension (S x H)
and catalogue number (type of paling).
If You wish to
order posts in table You should give: type of section that post is supposed
to be executed (dimension a x b) and in notes below the table, the catalogue
number and dimensions of the fence segment to which post is to be mounted.
You may also place draft of the post in Notes.
Table on page 9K
includes recommended lengths of the posts and distance between fastening
grips in setting up with fence segments.
Corrosion protection, powder coating
Standard
corrosion protection (apart from industrial door) is hot galvanising (gates
with drivewey width above 5500 [mm] are joined after galvanising).
Another
corrosion protection may be phosphatising or primer coating.
A decorative
coat is powder coating in colours from the RAL palette or, on client's
special order, surface treatment
with spray
painting. Standard colors (every in matt or flat version) RAL 9016, 9005,
8019, 8017, 8014, 8011, 7042, 6029, 5002, 3005, 3000 and also in structure
matt version: RAL 9016, 9005 i 8014.
Give the
information about surface protection different than galvanising in the
notes as well as the information about surface painting.
In the table,
write the type of corrosion protection chosen from possible ones. If You
choose powder coating, give the number of color from the RAL palette.
