Filling of an order starts with checking correctness
and completeness of the data.(Examples of the properly filled
-in order forms can be found further in this reference
book).
2.
Approved orders are directed to production (clients have to check
the state of their bank accounts currently as liabilities paid in
due time are the condition under which orders are sent to
production).
3.
Maximum time of filling the order is:

working days for typical products,

21
working days for non-typical products,
-
28
working days for WICONA system aluminum joinery
following the date of accepting the complete order.

Clients collecting their goods with their own transportation or
using services of another carrier are asked to contact our
Export Department each time in order to agree the date of
loading. The means of transport have to be adapted for carrying
ordered goods (in the case of overhead garage doors, fencing
doors and aluminum joinery, lorries should be equipped with a
stand and at least two tightening belts). Manufacturer is not
liable for transit damages.
How to place an order?
Orders are to
be placed by fax. We kindly ask you to send orders on
HANDLOPOL AB
forms (see - examples of the forms). In exceptional situations it is
possible to place an order by phone (purchaser is responsible for the
contents of the order).

to be ordered using separate forms (each range item has its own
order form).
Any order
placed on the company's form which does not contain complete data is treated
as a NON-COMPLETE ORDER (up to the moment of completing the missing data).
Time of filling of such an order may be prolonged for the time required
for the completion of information.

have fixed items (boxes to be filled):

Purchaser -
fill in company's name, address and telephone
number,

NOTES -
space for additional information which cannot be put in the table,

Purchaser's
signature (date) - space for the date and
legible signature of the person placing the order.

Prices
- calculated according to the price list or received evaluations.

Number of
pieces - number of ordered doors, roller blinds, etc. to be filled in.

Payment
terms - P - means transfer, G - cash.

Before the
order is placed, we kindly ask you to check accurately the given
information in order to avoid mistakes, in the event of doubts please
contact a person working in our Export Department.

Information
in every part of this reference book is given in the order corresponding
to the order of questions being asked and columns in the tables on
the order forms. Each part of the reference book finishes with an example
of a properly filled in order form. Exemplary
data are put down in the tables.

All the dimensions in this directory book are given in millimetres [mm].
Also all the dimensions in the order
form shall be given in millimetres [mm]. Producer, when executing, allows
for dimensional tolerance according to the PN-87/B-02355 Standard.
