Overall dimensions HANDLOPOL BR-77w roll-up doors are made for individual orders, to the openings with maximum dimensions 2600 x 2600 [mm] (width x height). Doors for openings with larger dimensions can be made only upon the prior agreement. The following drawing shows the required mounting dimensions indispensable for the correct door selection and execution.
Required minimum garage depth Emin (free space under the ceiling) results from HANDLOPOL BR-77w door construction and it is Emin = HO + 600 mm, with the standard HANDLOPOL control device rail lengths 2700 [mm]; 3300 mm and 3700 [mm]. If the garage construction requires joist execution, it should be made in such a way as to leave the required free space under the ceiling. For the correct mounting of the door, a doorhead is required which is indispensable to mount the guides, minimum doorhead height is Nmin = 200 [mm]. As a standard, after the door has been fully opened there is one coat section left, so the driveway height is about 100 [mm], Fig. 2. On request it is available to make the door higher so that the driveway height be equal to the height of the opening. Then the required doorhead height is Nmin = 300 [mm]. If you order the door in higher version, write "yes" in the order form in the column "full driveway height", otherwise write "no".
Colour AW 77 aluminum sections are made in standard colours: RAL 5012 (blue); RAL 7040 (grey); RAL 8014 (light brown); RAL 8019 (dark brown); RAL 9010 (white). Guides may be painted in any colour from the RAL palette. Give the colour of the door in your order. As a standard all mentioned sub-assemblies for a given door are made in the same colour (horizontal guide is made in aluminum colour). Additional entrance HANDLOPOL BR-77w garage doors as a standard may be mounted only in a garage provided with an additional entrance. At the individual request it is possible to mount the door in a garage without additional entrance but this must be always agreed upon with HANDLOPOL company. Write "yes" or "no" on the order form in the column "is there an additional entrance". Wall Depending on the execution HANDLOPOL BR-77w roller doors may be fixed to the walls made of reinforced concrete (B), brick walls (C) or walls made of steel frames (S). In the order give the exact data of wall execution as well as the wall thickness. The room dedicated to the mounting has to be completely finished (walls plastered, floor finished), the walls cannot have the traces of defects of execution. The room has to be dry and free from chemicals harmful for paint coats. Too much dampness in the object may have a negative impact on the door operation and its durability, and even lead to the door damage. Glazed sections
Sections in
glazed version may be used in doors type
HANDLOPOL BR-77w in order to light
better the room. These sections are not provided
with heat insulation. Examples of placing sections with windows are
given in the following figures.
Electric equipment HANDLOPOL BR-77w roller door as a standard are equipped with a motion work controlled manually from inside the room and remotely using a transmitter (remote control). The device may be additionally provided with photocells which make closing the door unable if there is an obstacle in its clearance and with a lamp with a bulb 24 V max. 12 W, which will be additionally lighting the room for about 5 minutes from the moment when the door drive has been put in motion. In the case of an electric control damage or supply voltage cut-off there is a possibility to open the door manually from inside the room after having unlocked the drive. Specify the number of additional transmitters (there are two in standard) in the order and give information if you wish photocells. State possible additional requirements concerning the door execution on the order form in the column "NOTES". Colours according to RAL palette
