company offers as a standard typical BR-77s-bs non-cased roller doors for
the opening with the dimensions 2400 x 2100; 2500 x 2100; 2600 x 2100; 2750
x 2100 [mm], and upon individual request for the openings with the

(cross-hatched field in Fig. 1).

doors-standard execution
In Fig. 2
required mounting dimensions indispensable for
the correct door selection and execution are shown
 ![Textruta: Opening width [mm]](BR_77s_bs-filer/image009.gif)
Minimum widths
of side space required to fix the door W1 min and W2 min
are given below.

For the correct
mounting of the door a doorhead is required which is indispensable to mount
the shaft in the case, minimum doorhead height is 180 [mm] for the door from
series of types and 250 [mm] for the door for the opening whose dimensions
are not covered by the series of types.
As a standard,
after the door has been fully opened there is one coat section left, so the
driveway height is about 100 [mm] smaller in relation to the opening height
(Fig. 3).

Optionally,
on request it is available to make the door higer so driveway height be
equal to the opening height (non-standard execution). Then the required
doorhead is 350 [mm]. Ewentual requirements for full opening schould be
placed
in "NOTES".

BR-77-s-bs
doors with typical dimensions are made as a standard in colours: RAL 8019
(dark brown) and RAL 9010 (white).
ATTENTION !
doors with dimensions covered by the series of types but in colour different
from the given above are regarded as non-typical.
Optionally, on
request BR-77s-bs doors are available in colours: RAL 5012 (blue); RAL 7040
(grey); RAL 8014 (light brown); RAL 8019 (dark brown); RAL 9010 (white).
Guides and case
are painted in colours RAL 8019 (coat in colours RAL 8019, RAL 8014) and RAL
9010 (coat in remaining colours). Optionally, on request guides and case
may be painted in any colour from the RAL palette. Give the door colour in
the order
Is there an additional entrance
The important
information deciding about the door mounting is the fact whether the garage
is provided with an additional entrance or not. Write
"yes" or "no"
on the order form in the column "is there an additional entrance".
ATTENTION
!
BR-77s-bs doors require an additional entrance.
It is not possible to mount them in the rooms which are not provided with
such an entrance.
Depending on
the execution BR-77s-bs roller doors may be fixed to the walls made of
reinforced concrete (B), brick walls
(C) or walls made of steel frames
(S) or wooden constructions
(D). In the order give the exact data
concerning the wall execution as well as the wall thickness. The room
dedicated to the mounting has to be completely finished (walls plastered,
floor finished), the walls cannot have the traces of defects of execution.
The room has to be dry and free from chemicals harmful for paint coats. Too
much dampness in the object may have a negative impact on the door operation
and its durability, and even lead to the door damage.
Number of glazed sections
BR-77s-bs
doors as a standard are made without glazed sections, it is, however,
possible to apply such sections (door regarded as non-typical). In the case
of ordering glazed section, put down their number on the order form and show
in the enclosed drawing at what height they are to be fitted in the door
coat. These sections are not provided with heat insulation. Examples of
placing section with windows are given in the following figures.

Maximum 6
sections may be used in the door coat in glazed version. It is permissible
to use maximum three sections one after another. State the number of glazed
sections in the order and show in the enclosed drawing at what height from
the floor level they are to be fixed in the door coat (example of a drawing
illustrating the way of glazed section location marking is given below), if
you do not wish glazed sections, put sign "-"
in the column.

HANDLOPOL
BR-77s-bs non-cased roller doors are intended to be used in the individual
housing. The tubular motor operator used as a standard to drive these doors
is not intended for continuous operation.
Motor operator construction allows for 40% effective working time counted in
the period of 10 min., i.e. this motor operator may be working for about
4 min., then there must be a break in work for about 6 min. Otherwise, a
thermal switch comes into operation and the door will be put out of action
for a dozen of minutes (till the motor operator is cold).
Additional
equipment of the electric drives may be remote control using transmitters
and an automatic door closing. Photocells are installed as a standard in
each case of using remote control or automatic closing, protecting from the
door closing when there is an obstacle in its clearance.
Automatic
closing causes that the door is automatically closed after a determined time
set in the controller. Write "yes"
on the order form in the column "automatic closing"
in the case of ordering a control with the automatic closing.
Specify the
number of additional transmitters (there are two in standard) in the order
when you order the remote control.
As
a standard in the doors from the dimensional series of typed motor operator
is mounted on the right side of the door, looking from the inside of the
room; if
a left mounting of the motor operator is required or in the case of doors
not covered by the series of types, state on which side of the door, looking
from the inside of the room the supply source is (left -
L or right - P).
Information concerning the supply source position determines on which side
the motor operator driving the door is to be installed, as
the motor operator as a standard is installed on
the same side of the door where the supply source is. When no
information on supply source position is given, the motor operator will be
installed on the right side of the door.
In the case of
the electric control damage or supply voltage cut-off there is a possibility
to open the door manually using a device driven with a hand-crank. An
emergency drive crank is made in a version with a hook and put on a handle
only when necessary.
State
possible additional requirements concerning the door execution on the order
form in the column "NOTES".
The following
drawing shows BR-77s-bs non-cased roller doors specifies the basic
sub-assemblies of this door.
